I had a business lunch at Suriya Thai just a couple of months ago, and all I can remember about it is:- Nicely refurbished and decorated venue- Crowded and quite noisy- Mainstream Thai food. Still nice even if not very authentic- Quite slow service that also seem disorganised, but still friendly.- Moderate prices.All in all, it's worth it if you are in the area and don't want to go back to the same other eateries for your lunch.

We had a business lunch at this restaurant , however have waited for 35 mins, then we asked the staff to follow up on our orders, but been told that the order dockets was misplaced, & cannot give explanation on why they got missed as we have ordered separately at the bar. As the result we couldn't finish our food on time. It was a pretty bad experience.Food itself is pretty good.

Ate here with two work colleagues for a quick business lunch, and so pleased I did. So refreshing to see simple yet elegant food beautifully prepared and presented at a value for money price. I ordered the stir fried chicken and cashew nut, with a side of steamed rice and a mineral water. It arrived piping hot, with fresh vibrant vegetables, bursting with lovely flavours. I wished I was not in a hurry and could sit and savour this lovely meal. I am not one to throw bouquets readily but will do so when deserved.

Not sure why this restaurant has not had more reviews because the food is excellent here. I have had the Curry numerous times plus the Thai Beef salad and they are great. Pretty much everything on the menu is worth a try! Coupled with a drink from the bar this is an excellent place to catch up for lunch during the week. It does get very busy so a reservation would be a god idea.
