Sumo Salad - Sydney

The salads are too messy and not always super fresh! The staff were bored and not smiling at all (very strange considering that in Australia they are all super nice, funny and smiling). The other girl of the staff (I suppose on break) was sleeping on the sofa in front of the restaurant ... let's just say that she doesn't make a very good impression !!

Loved the build your own salad. You get to choose between lots of tasty salad items to create your healthy ideal salad!

It's a food court so can't really judge the service. Food is the same as any other sumo salad and they always put too much dressing on your salad so I would recommend to request your dressing on the side.

In downtown Sydney, needed somewhere to eat. Kind of a food court in an office building's lobby. The lines for ordering at Sumo Salad are a bit confusing, but once we got it figured out, the Thai beef salad was great.
