Reuben & Moore - Sydney

A comandat placa Porchetta cu jetoane. Felii bune de carne! Atât de subțire și sosul a fost păstrat fierbinte pe aragaz și pe cuptor. De asemenea, au două boceturi crocante piele. Nu a fost variația și ceapă, dar mărul aburit era frumos. Cipurile de tăiere groase, care erau doar din frământarea de îngheț, așa cum am comandat-o ... om mort, ar fi putut fi mai buni.

Stopped for lunch here today & had their signature Reuben wagyu beef sandwich with sauerkraut, pickles, mustard, Swiss ???? & fries ???? Delicious & filling ????

Ordinul a fost simplu, dar bucătarul, care face rolul meu cubanez, pur și simplu părea plictisitor și încet. Foarte subțire în umplere. Nu merită sau așteaptă efortul. Nu va fi un client de întoarcere.

Tried the Cuban burger special a few weeks back and the lamb trash pack. From my instagram: If this is considered trash, I'd gladly eat garbage. The lamb trash pack @reubenandmoore - pulled lamb, tzatziki, mint on curly fries! What I loved the most was the use of diced cucumbers and pomegranate seeds adding some crisp sweetness. Chips could be crispier though and it got a bit dry so some sauce (mint sauce anyone) would bring this to the next level. Here @reubenandmoore they call this guy the Cuban. Beef patty (doubled it of course ), shaved pork, crispy bacon, Swiss cheese, mustard and pickle relish. They really set the bar high for food court dining, with perfect medium grilled well-seasoned patties, cheese melt on point, and that mustard & pickle relish combo. Not the crispiest bacon but still delicious, and the addition of the pork was a good idea but kind of lost amongst the other flavours. Mainly because the beef was so stand out. Definitely worth going back for. Sadly was just one of their specials, but with the Texan and Reuben calling my name, as well as the promise of new specials, @reubenandmoore have plenty more to offer.
