Nok Nok Thai Eating House - Sydney

Very poor service Short staff and not welcoming Poor communication between service staff and cooks Incorrect meals, 3 of us got our mains while 2 of us never got to see them. Arguing in kitchen. Service staff unaware of what is available when ordering, as we waited for entrees only to be told they don’t have them when we asked why they were taking too long. We walked out as we were sick of waiting for meals and drinks, this place was not busy either. Food tasted good, but shame they can’t get the service right. We went elsewhere

Been here before so knew the food was good but the service on this occasion was pretty poor. We weren't offered water at any point throughout the evening, had to pour our own wine, one of the main dishes arrived at the same time as the starter and the second main dish never arrived later they told us they'd forgotten it and gave us a completely different dish. On a positive note, the food was still good (when it arrived) and they ended up not charging us for the delayed/incorrect dish.

Waitress told us to wait for a few minutes before paying the bill so we could get happy hour discount. Very thoughtful!

Beautiful food, wonderful staff, they were under pressure and still managed to be exceptionally nice and helpful Definitely the place to eat in Darling Harbour the food is also very good.

I am extremely disappointed that I have to go back to the United States where the Thai food is not nearly as amazing as it is here. On our first night in Sydney, we were exhausted...
