Great spot for a little winter sun and peace and quiet away from the city noise and mass of humanity. Always surprised how this place isn't busier as I have not had trouble getting a seat. <br/ It's a limited menu but across the variety I have had the good is solid enough. The pancakes are a mass of bits and pieces and highly picture worthy. Ice cream and fairy floss for breakfast! Coffee is average but made a little nicer by the leafy surrounds and view of the park. <br/
Perfect outdoor park cafe with a fabulous menu to enjoy the brilliant weather and ambience. Has two separate counters, one for coffee and quick bites and one for drinks (sangria anyone? and meals. Ensure you pick a spot that's away from the counters to avoid the long queue of people eavesdropping on your dining conversations.
A great little spot in the park after a big walk called in for a freshly squeezed orange juice and breakfast was super oh hit with a 10% weekend
A nice cafe located right beside the entrance to St James Station on Elizabeth Street. Lined up in the long queue (it was a lovely day out and everyone else had the same idea) for lunch and served by a friendly lady. Make your order and payment at the counter. Number handed to you and search for an available table. Lucky for us, there was a spare table inside so we weren't stuck outside in the scorching sun. <br/ <br/ I had the Metro Beef Burger and a side of Sweet Potato Wedges. The burger looked small with a strange sides of a couple of corn chips and some cauliflower. Lucky it tasted a whole heap better than it tasted! I enjoyed the beef patty with the slow cooked beef cheek. Both were nice and juicy. Enjoyed the other components of the burger too. The wedges were nice and crispy as well as soft on the inside. <br/
