I ordered my meal at the restaurant and the fries were missing. The staff expected me to come back and collect them, but it felt like they were saying, "We can give you the fries you paid for." I felt a bit insulted that there was no offer to compensate for the inconvenience of going out of my way to return or the fact that I had lost interest. I did not go back to get the fries that I had paid for.

I apologize, but this restaurant that was once well-managed and clean seems to have regressed. The cheese from the bungalow and the chips were cold. They were replaced without any issues, but we had to ask for our drinks to be refilled because they were not filled all the way. It's disappointing to see the constant chaos and grease on the floor - it seems like the manager doesn't care. The tables need clearing and the floors need cleaning, which is a shame. The prices have gone up to almost $20 now, so I might as well go to a proper restaurant. Even McCafe seems to be in trouble.

ATROCIOUS! Firstly, while ordering I heard the order taker LAUGHING at us. Then when I wasn’t speaking loud enough she snarks back in a rude tone in me about it. Then I order a burger with no cheese and the box has a Grill Slip that says “no cheese” yet the burger has cheese on it. You can slap a sticker on a burger that CLEARLY states no cheese yet… it has cheese on it. My goodness… Would’ve rather eat a soggy pie from the service station next door.
