There are not many possibilities for coffee if they were on a Sunday before 6 o'clock, so drive-thru mcdonalds was about our only option. on the plus side there was not someone who wanted coffee at greenacre mcdonalds. they would think that the service would be pretty fast, but it was still a five-minute plus-wark.

If the ordering screens are not functioning and I have to approach the counter, I would expect to be assisted and not ignored. It appears that the staff at this establishment lacks proper customer service skills. It is important to train your staff to greet customers instead of just calling out numbers.
