Fogo Churrasco Grill - Sydney

I had coffee glaze flank steak for lunch, with black beans, and fries that has been season with jobs dry herbs and chicken salt. I don't mind the flavor,

Been here twice. Both times, the food was a disappointment. Chicken SO dry. Price so high. Not gonna go in for a third visit.

I ordered a fogo specialty burger with beef, it was not worth the wait or the $8.50 for the burger.

Fogo is actually quite good, pity the wafer thin beef slices (i think there were only 3). From memory, they were more generous with their meat servings way back. I had the southern style spiced beef plate with salad. Well if you call a few pieces of lettuce leaves a salad. The meal would suit someone who is watching their calorie intake (which i definitely am not????). The other choice would be to load up on fries instead of salad as they give you one or the other.

I visited this store on the New Years Public Holiday. The shopping centre was absolutely full and bustling and sticking to what I know best I picked Fogo Brazilian Churrasco over the other fast food chains. I ordered a Sao Paulo Burger Combo with dipping sauces and a bottle of water. I am used to receiving a box full to the brim of chips and a mouthwatering burger. This was my first time not visiting my usual Fogo store and the consistency was lacking. My chicken was raw on the inside and with my stomach starting to turn I got 3/4 of the way through my burger. On the other hand, my partner had the beef burger with onion rings and although not cooked well done he enjoyed his meal. Overall a poor experience but I am always willing to go back to this chain and give it another try.
