Courtyard Cafe da Capo - Sydney

I meet a friend for lunch once a month close to where she works in the city and she suggested this place as something different from our usual Martin Place spot. It was like having lunch in some divine piazza in a small European town! A very peaceful oasis in the heart of the city. Very simple fare, (it is after all, situated in the beautiful courtyard of Sydney Hospital, so don't expect Haute cuisine! but we found the service to be quite attentive and gracious, and the salads very fresh and tasty. It's the perfect spot if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city for an hour or two on a sunny day, without having to go very far.

One of Sydney's best kept secrets, snuggled in the grounds of the Sydney Hospital with lovely simple Italian food.  Love it!  Highly recommended.

This cafe is the place where you want to be when you are not at home, because when you arrive at the cafe the staff make you feel very confortable like you going to have some food or coffee to your friend house.The staff is very friendly, the coffee is excellent, and the food fresh and yummy....Very highly raccomanded

Courtyard highlight. Nestled away from Macquarie St, yet amidst a hospital precinct, this cafe is perfectly situated in a gorgeous courtyard, overlooking an iconic fountain.A large assortment of herbal teas, I choose lychee and ginger refreshing! and the omelette with mushroom, spinach, Bulgarian fetta was large and particularly tasty.Pleasant staff.It's a pleasant hideaway from the hustle and bustle of the CBD.
