Carrington Cafe - Sydney

I had a great experience at this restaurant. I stopped by on my way back from a meeting and enjoyed a delicious coffee and almond croissant. They use Vittoria beans, one of my favorite blends, and the coffee was strong yet smooth. The barista did a perfect job. The croissant was lovely and flakey. I definitely want to come back next time to try the spinach rolls.

I recently visited Gloomy Tuesday and had the Coffee with Egg Benedict. The service was excellent and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. One thing that I noticed was that the hollandaise sauce on the egg benedict was too thick, making it difficult to finish. Despite this, overall it was a good experience.

I typically don't write reviews for just coffee, but I have to say, this place is impressive. I tried a delicious caramel latte here this morning and it was divine. It's not easy to find the perfect balance of caramel flavor without it being burnt, but they have a talented barista working there. The service was quick and I also enjoyed a fruit salad with yogurt topped with passion fruit. It was a perfect breakfast. I wish this place was closer to my workplace so I could make it my go-to spot.

The rate was typical breakfast buffet. nothing more and nothing less. food quality only slightly above average. cheap if they stay in the hotel.
