They lock the front door and have no sign on it. We knocked, the guy shook his head. It was nearly 11 am in the morning on a weekday. Someone came back to the door as we pulled away.
When I reached the drive-thru window, both drinks were incorrect, and they initially tried to send me away without my food. I ended up waiting a total of 26 minutes for the food, only to discover they forgot one of the bagels, requiring me to wait an additional five minutes. When we finally opened the wraps, my wife's wrap was covered in ranch, including the packaging, causing her to have an allergic reaction. My wrap was also completely messed up—barely any steak or sauce, and it lacked all the vegetables that should have been included. To make matters worse, it was torn and fell apart. In total, I spent 34 minutes at the drive-thru and $40, which culminated in a hospital visit due to the management's incompetence. I'm seriously considering legal action because of the reaction. Dietary restrictions are crucial—this experience highlighted that they were clearly ignored.
I visited for coffee and donuts for the office, and it was fantastic! I have a suggestion: you should consider making more plain donuts, as they seem to be very popular and often sell out by the afternoon. I also treated myself to a Turkey Bacon Club, which was amazing—the bun was incredibly fresh. I highly recommend the tea, regular and white hot chocolate, as well as the chocolate chip muffins, Fruit Explosion Muffin, apple fritter, and Boston cream donut. If you're in the mood for something sweet and flavorful, definitely try the blueberry donut. Additionally, I would love to see a blueberry fritter added to the menu for a while!
I ordered $15 worth of food and paid for it, but when I requested an extra cup, they asked me to pay 10 cents for it. Other Tim Hortons locations usually give you two cups with a hot coffee for free, so I found this quite frustrating, especially since I had just made a food purchase. I didn’t have any change on me, so I had to use my credit card for such a small charge. It’s disappointing, and I won’t be returning to this location. Even though I pass by frequently, there are plenty of other Tim Hortons nearby that know how to treat their customers well.
