Thai Express Ottawa - Sydney

I believe this is the best Thai food I've ever tasted. Every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious, and the service was prompt. I had a wonderful experience and would certainly recommend others to give it a try. I had the chicken soup, tamarind stir fry, and General Thai Racha, with the option to select my preferred spice level. The staff was extremely friendly, and the customer service was outstanding.

The food was fresh, and even though the place was quite busy, the staff were all very friendly. The cashier was especially kind and seemed genuinely happy. I also appreciated that they had some vegan options available.

One of my favorite restaurants in Sydney! I truly enjoy the food, the atmosphere, and the staff. I will definitely come back!

I went in to order dumplings, chicken fried rice, and green curry. When my order arrived, I realized that the rice was sweet and soggy, despite my request for it to be dry. The staff member I spoke to was rude and disrespectful, which left me feeling insulted. Ultimately, I chose to leave the restaurant. This was disheartening, especially given the food industry's focus on customer service.

We enjoyed a delightful lunch here today. The service was prompt, the restaurant was tidy, and the food was flavorful. It's an excellent option if you're in town and need a quick meal. They also provided a selection of side sauces, utensils, and chopsticks.
