We chose Del’a for my birthday dinner in Ebeltoft and it was the right choice. We sat in a cozy patio in the hot summer weather and got six very delicious and well-cooked dishes! All dishes were special and composed originally and the meal is some of the best we have tasted! To start with, we got some exciting bubbles and subsequently an organic red wine from Italy which also went well with the meal The place deserves five stars, we enjoyed that night and can warmly recommend the place! Del’a is located in the charming pedestrian street in Ebeltoft and is a good alternative to the slightly boring restaurant Karen’s kitchen by the frigate harbor! Hans Birgith
