Contribuiți la feedbackWe have been regular customers of this restaurant for some time, but recently we have been consistently receiving incorrect food orders. This has caused us frustration and inconvenience on multiple occasions. For example, on one occasion they mistakenly added chillies to my son's dish despite us repeatedly requesting for it to be made without chillies. When we brought this issue to their attention, they were apologetic and offered to credit the cost of the dish on two occasions. However, our experience took a turn for the worse when the manager accused us of being 'unfortunate' and decided to no longer provide us with any credits for incorrect orders without discussing the matter with us. It seemed as though he preferred us not to purchase food from their establishment, deeming us as difficult customers. We believe that customers have the right to receive the correct order or be compensated accordingly. Unfortunately, this restaurant seems to have a policy of blaming and penalizing customers for their mistakes. Despite being loyal customers, we were treated with disrespect and ultimately decided to take our business elsewhere. In a competitive market, it is unwise for restaurants to alienate their patrons in such a manner. Reputation spreads quickly, and negative experiences can have a significant impact on business.
The chicken skewers were underwhelming. I arrived 15 minutes early for pickup and found that my order was already waiting to be picked up, indicating that the chicken was likely reheated. Not a great experience.
I have ordered from this restaurant twice, and both times they have forgotten one or more dishes from my order. The service is terrible, and the staff on the phone were not helpful at all. They told me I would have to wait over 45 minutes for them to bring the missing items. I will not be ordering from here again.
Not for the first time Sanuk Swords have left us waiting and waiting for our food. Last night's order was already an hour late when we had to cancel. Card transaction was not refunded. It's a pity, they used to be quite good. Avoid.
I ordered online, which seems to be the only option now as they never answer the phone. The order confirmation email gave an estimated time but stated it would send texts as updates on the order and delivery. I didn’t receive 1 text from them. For the hour and a half I was waiting for the food, I tried to ring them numerous times to see if there was any update. Not one call went through to them, it was as if it was always engaged. On the order I also requested that they add more sauce to the pad thai as the last few times I got it, it was very dry and tasteless. When the food arrived, there was definitely no extra sauce, it was even more dry than before. I had ordered a hoisin dip which helped, but €2.50 for a tiny dip!! There was only 1 prawn in it too. You wouldn’t mind paying for good food and customer service, but Sanuk has gone down hill big time! Another customer lost!!
