Mcloughlins - Swords

First of all we couldn’t find the menu or any information about the food. We have booked the table and thought we will have some burgers for dinner, as it was the only pictures that we can find during the search. Secondly, we were very surprised to see the only menu 45 € per person and no other options. We get disappointed but we decided to stay and go ahead. Then we got disappointed of the starters that didn’t look that it was made in restaurant (more likely buffet). Main courses went better than starters. We have ordered 4 different dinner options as we were 4 adults and we shared to taste each meal. Unfortunately we left the place very disappointed and we never will get back there. Our opinion they have to change the chef and refurbished the dining room, everything it’s looks to old and shabby. The last thing it is OVERPRICED!

We didn’t stay at the hotel, but we were immediately across the road, and decided to try out this restaurant. Glad we did. The food was delish and service was good. My burger was every bit as good as any I’ve had at a good American gourmet burger place, and my wife and daughter loved their steak and chicken curry. Highly recommend if you’re in the Swords area. We have eaten here several times and every time the food is delicious. Service wasn’t fast but food is fresh and seating is comfortable and definitely worth the wait. Would recommend for a meal and visit. Meal type: Lunch

I was going to go to town. Glad I didn't. This restaurant was great! Good food, great bartender (Richard)... Enjoyed the meal and the banter.
