Wendy's - Swissvale

Avoid this restaurant, as they often do not have items listed on their menu board or they may not have what you want. On one occasion, I went to order and was told they did not have enough staff so they were switching over to the afternoon shift. Another time when I brought my family, we waited in a long line and were disappointed because we did not receive what we ordered.

The restaurant always seems to be understaffed, resulting in long wait times and consistently cold food.

This Wendy's takes forever to take your order. Every time I go, it takes more than twenty minutes, and then when they finally come to the window, they make you wait another five minutes. They also have zero manners. Get it together! I shouldn't have to put up with this at Wendy's!

Where should I start? waited forever to wait. I burned my chili without the cheese I ordered. only one single cheese salad ordered tomato. I have a burger with 2 tops. 2 pieces SWISS cheese and they work on it. and. I waited for it! no thank you or your greeting was heard by the staff. almost food zombies.

Drive thru hours are posted that it closes at 12. Was there at 10:30 and no one was there. I don’t care that it’s closed by then but at least post it.
