The Plough Inn - Swindon

I stopped by for a drink last night and was warmly welcomed. I can't wait to come back again. The restaurant also has a beautiful garden area, perfect for enjoying the charm of the old town.

We had a fantastic evening at this restaurant, thanks to the staff, live music, and atmosphere. It was the perfect place to start our night, and we even returned after dinner to finish the evening. The staff, who were professional and friendly, made it a wonderful experience. This family-run pub is located in the cool area of old Swindon town, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to drink and party.

We arrived on a Tuesday evening for a work farewell party with 5 of us to comply with COVID restrictions. Luckily, we were able to secure the last table since the rest were reserved for the weekly quiz. We ended up deciding to join in, and it turned out to be a fantastic night! The bar staff was extremely welcoming, and the landlady offered great deals on cocktails all night. Thank you for helping us give our colleague a stylish send-off on his last day! Fantastic Service. Pub very busy but the landlord went out of his way to ensure we got seats. Then when a quieter corner came up he reserved that table for us. Great atmosphere Very Friendly

Popped in here tonight on my own to get out of my B&B after passing it earlier in the day. This is a super little bar with a good range of Arkells (and other) beers and ciders. Bigger than it first appears and with 3 TVs showing 2 different footie matches, but not so loud you can’t hear the jukebox. Wednesday night is also free cheese board night which was a nice welcome touch. Stayed longer than if planned and would come again to watch a game and enjoy a decent beer.
