Dreadful service, very slow, incorrect order, sides delivered after we finished eating. Food was actually Ok but the whole experience was dreadful. And expensive. Never again. Avoid.

Carvery. Chef gave us complimentary desserts as this Sunday lunch carvery is still quite new so nice and quiet

One of the worst dining experiences ever. Ordered medium rare steak and was served it blue. When I complained the Manager told me that I was wrong and it was how medium rare was served! He begrudgingly agreed to get me a new medium rare steak and it was even more rare than the first one. My plate was running with blood which one doesn’t normally get from a medium rare steak. The Manager was just so rude. Also his mask was under his mouth, I didn’t see any of the staff clean their hands and the table was sticky. Not a good experience at all.

The restaurant doesn't actually open until dinner time had to eat in the bar area and the booking doesn't mean anything
