Pocono Brewery Company - Swiftwater

Love the staff. Inedible onion soup was way oversalted topped with rubbery cheese. Tired Cuban sandwich with little filling made. Frozen onion rings. Inedible boneless chicken wings with ¼ inch of chicken coated in ¾ inch of over-cooked gravel with a sticky vinegary hot sauce all over it. White pizza with rubbery cheese. Undrinkable Delaware embankment sour red wine. My husband got an upset stomach from it. I had a few slices of the rubbery pizza. Awful food.

Drinks were good, their outside seating area was awesome! But for the first time in my life I had to send food back. Ordered the chicken parm and it had the consistency of rubber, could barely get my fork in and the first bite almost made me vomit.

We had a mixed experience. The restaurant wasn't the cleanest. It looked creepy and it was cold. Our waitress was very nice and bubbly, and the bartender made a custom drink for me that was delicious so the staff overall was great. The food is just okay. The fish sandwich I had had had no taste and even came dry without sauce. The shrimp cup was the only good thing we had. I'm not sure I would go back with so many other options.

I'd don't really drink beer so I can't speak on that aspect of the experience but I can talk about the food. The food was definitely above average but also on the pricey side for what it was. The waitress was attentive and very nice so no complaints. Would I eat there again? Probably not, unless the prices come down a little because I can get a similar experience elsewhere for less.

This place looks amazing on the outside.... sadly the inside was dirty. When we arrived there was maybe 3 tables sat but tables were left dirty for our entire visit. As we were leaving we passed by atleast 8 tables that still weren't cleaned off! Service was slow and our food tasted like frozen products. Beer was served in a broken glass and our server Shannon was surprised when we asked for a new one.
