Pizza Hut - Sweetwater

Placed an order 3/26 and I was shorted two pizzas and an order of wings. Of course they use DoorDash when they don’t have a driver and DoorDash will not help you if your order is incorrect or if not, everything was in . You can call the number that’s listed on here all day and get the automated system and get nowhere. I think I was passed to six different people and it just takes you right back to the main menu every time I even tried doing a via email complaint got a response that the store would call me but never even got a call, when you have something delivered, you’re not able to get into your vehicle or have a vehicle available to go up there physically that’s the whole point of Delivery so I don’t seem to understand why they can’t get their phone system where you can actually speak to somebody who’s from the store and not way across the country.

My order wasn’t ready for pick up. I placed the order at 6:01 pm to be picked up at 7:30pm. No order in sight. The person waiting on me was rude. The container for the wings was not closed right all the sauce was spilt in the bag on top of having to wait an extra 30 minutes to get my food.

Don't order ho honey pizza. They didn't tell me they didn't have hot honey until I pickup my pizza

We drove 3 1/2 hours to meet my daughter that also drove over 3 hours to meet us at Pizza Hut. when we arrived the store was closed for remodeling and when we looked this up it didn't mention that the restaurants was closed.
