Long John Silver's A&w - Sweetwater

I want to praise the employees Judy! Was there 9/8/22, with my mother who's on hospice and doesn't get much out. Judy helped so much, was kind, gracious,warm. Asking if everything was good even helped to get my mother out. With the help of a male employee. Under the ramp, Toy Truck. This lady should be EMPLOYEE DES CENTURY! LJS, you have a winner? Will definitely come back!

The last several times I have eaten there, it was terrible, overcooked, not worth the price. I called to let them know politely and hanged them up and not answered them. So go somewhere else before you think of this place or you can count on luck, but not on it.

It is the first time that I ever eat at a Long John Silver and I must say that I expected the food to be better, It was not bad, but either great, it was just ok and there were no sauces except ketchup and other dressing.. very good and friendly service and the retro looking place was nice??

The food is usually good and the staff are usually friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, they don't want what's sad for me anymore. I grew up in this town and LJS was one of the most important places I had lunch when I started working almost 40 years ago. I guess things sometimes have to change, but I miss the good days to sit down for a meal.

We stopped in today, first time in a long time. The drive thru was quick and polite even though there was a sign saying ?short staffed?. The food was piping hot and so good !! Sweetwater LJS is my new local ,favorite ,fish place !
