Jack's Bbq - Sweetwater

This is a hidden gem. The service was super fast and speedy. The food was simple and awesome! The prices matched the portion sizes. The decor and vibe was awesome! Highly recommend. When I went there was not a single person dining and I cannot figureout why!

Been in Eastern TN for 7 mo looking for good BBQ, esp. ribs. For 2 hours(4-6), we were the only customers. Can't understand why because the meat was melt-in-the-mouth delicious. The brisket was so tender I should have used a spoon to pick it off theplate. Ribs were very tender and burnt ends succulent. Slaw was sliced, not chopped, with right amount of seasoning. Ourpartners were pleased with the smoked mac chs. Basic menu. Wished there was a a choice of sauces(reg, sweet spicy); but ....Portions were just right, nothing to take home.

The fast, friendly service beautiful seating outdoors was excellent. the eating was good bbq sandwiches, potato salad, smoked mac n cheese, and a pork plate that was on the basis of sossig was sweet with a kick.

The food was top notch. It was fairly empty as far as other patrons, so I was left wondering why there weren't more folks eating, at lunch time on a Friday. The indoor dining is the way to go when it is hot out.

The smoked Mac and cheese was awesome. Brisket had good flavor and the sauce was different enough I want more. We will definitely be going again.
