Contribuiți la feedbackWas on vacation and ordered a two topping medium pizza online for delivery to my hotel and they forgot one of the two toppings. Also the pizza was much smaller than I expected... can't imagine how tiny a small one would be. Even though my order was wrong the food was hot and did taste good.There was no way to get a refund or reduced price, instead I had to sign up for rewards (I don't normally order Dominos because I live in a rural area) and wait days for points to be issued to the account. It's supposed to be for a free pizza, but a bit of a pain since I don't live near a Domino's and have to use the points within a month but was unable to utilize them immediately.The tracker feature on the website didn't work but luckily I signed up for text messages and did get timely updates so I could meet the delivery driver outside. They were pretty fast! I certainly didn't appreciate the delivery fee (that DOESN'T go to the drivers) and I couldn't add a tip until after the order was completed.After submitting that there was something wrong with my order there was no way to follow any of the other links on the page, such as letting them know how they are doing. Plus after being forced to sign up for rewards in order to be compensated for their mistake it couldn't recognize that I had just placed an order, so I didn't receive points for that itself.
They forgot my wings. I was supposed to get a free pizza but they charged for it.
The food is usually great, but the reason for low stars is because there have been several times that I have placed an order and gotten the pizza, and it was wrong. I got an order last night, and I had gotten the Supreme Pizza without mushrooms . Apparently, it is hard to read what people want and don't want on their pizzas because I had mushrooms on the pizza. This is not the first time for this issue either. Luckily, I am not allergic to them, and I am able to pick them off, but hopefully, this doesn't happen to anyone who is. I also can't always just go back and get another pizza because I live outside of town and don't feel it would be worth my time to go back up there for their mistakes.
I’ve never encountered kinder people than the Sweetwater Domino’s team. Always with a smile on their face, I don’t know the manager but shoutout to their people!
The staff at night are very rude and the staff during the day can sometimes be rude.
