Mac and cheese nasty, chicken reheated with barely any blush sauce

If I wanted a rosemary steak, I would have ordered one. The butter topping has so much rosemary that it's almost inedible. This isn't a one-time issue; it's been a problem for the past month or two. On top of that, your prices have gone up significantly. I've found the experience to be quite disappointing lately.

We did not receive the vegan burger. We received a cheese steak that is not vegan. So a person had to go without eating. So very disappointing. Probably will not order from them again.

The food was delicious, but unfortunately, the service was not very pleasant. I ordered a white peach sangria, but it arrived in a green color, which was disappointing. My server, Michelle, hardly interacted with us, and when we requested extra napkins, they arrived with hair on them. We even had to ask another server to help us find her so we could get our bill.

Their prices have absolutely skyrocketed over the past couple of months and portions have gotten smaller. They don't even include fries with their sandwiches anymore. You have to pay extra for that. Service was great however. We like the atmosphere, but can get more for our dollar elsewhere.
