I am giving this restaurant no stars because even though we made a reservation for 8 people over a month ago, we arrived last night to find that the restaurant was closed. There was no prior notification, just a handwritten note on the door stating that they were closed due to a gas issue. We had all traveled from different locations to meet in Swansea and were incredibly disappointed. We had to scramble to find another restaurant that could accommodate all of us on such short notice, which was not easy during this busy time of year. Our annual trip to this restaurant was ruined.

First course came in dribs and drabs, No meat on ribs. Very long wait for food to be served. A table who came in after us was served their food before us. No atmosphere. First and last time to visit. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £90–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
