Super great choice of deserts but not cheap. Would go again but only for a special occasion

Such a shame. We had heard a good review. Ordered four desserts and a coffee. Two desserts and drink turned up quickly. We waited. And waited. Asked the front of house overseer where the other items were and he didn't return to query what we were waiting for or explain anything. Eventually went up for a refund. Husband hadn't noticed he had only been charged for what we had received. The server who had taken the order did at least acknowledge and apologise for not actually taking down the other two items ordered. Items received were of good quality and prompt service, however the poor service from the servers in addition to the grubby feeling in the restaurant (eg, dirty menu, windows, dusty light fittings, dirty door frames/ handles and corners in toilet area, unkempt kitchen area) made us feel we wouldn't be keen to return.

Very limited options available. Even most of the staff weren't sure what was available. Only sign saying was on the door in and not at the counter

Fantastic service and a great place for dessert for lunch. The store hadn't had their delivery, so limited ice cream options (sign on window before entering was a nice touch however vast array of dishes on menu were still available. Ordered a platter for one (yes, eyes bigger than my belly and a choc chip cookie dough. Honestly could not finish them between 2 of us, the portion size was huge! Did run out of brownie pieces for our platter after ordering, however a staff member popped over and explained straight away. Chose another topping and bless them they gave us another portion as an apology. Great value, great service, will definitely return

Took my son here for an ice cream after after a fun day out at Plantasia. Such a disappointment! The waiter served us my sons ice cream with no serviette in his bare hand. I took the ice cream back and asked for a new one. We were then brought fresh ice creams to which the 3rd cone the ice cream fell off the top without even 1 lick, fair play to the waitress she noticed this and brought over a fresh ice cream without us having to ask. We had originally planned to sit in but after such a ordeal we left. Worth mentioning the quality of the ice cream was not worth the price, it had ice on and i noticed the ice cream had other flavours in each tub where they hadn't been washing the scoops properly Definitely below the service and quality i would expect for the prices and i wouldnt go there again.
