Stayed here 12 years ago when looking at properties to move into. So good we go back for food when we can as so good. Fabulous friendly staff and owner, lovely food. see you soon

Lovely pub offering a menu above the standard pub food offerings. Friendly service and lovely seating area, atmosphere. Would advise booking a table as it's always quite busy. Prices very reasonable for the food quality, only downside is the car park situated at the rear, which is accessed by a narrow driveway.

So, lunch today saw calamari on the menu. Lovely, always enjoy calamari as a starter. Was it available? Yes. Was it in the kitchen? Yes. Could I have it? No! Asked why? Ordering from a different menu. No question, no enquiry, no sense of apology. Cancelled starter 3 lunches a decent bill received, not cheap. Needless to say, no deserts ordered. Their loss. Disappointed.

We visited the restaurant for a meal on a Thursday evening. The restaurant area was very clean, staff were lovely and the food was fantastic! The portions were generous and freshly prepared. Service was quick. We will definitely be back! A great place with fantastic food!!
