Caffe Nero - Swansea

Myself and my daughter love this place. We visit at least once a week and the staff are incredible. They really are the nicest people we have ever been served by. The drinks are fantastic but we return simply because of the service we receive. Well done to all and keep up the excellent work!!!

Me and my boyfriend come here all the time whenever we come out to do a food shop, staff are literally incredible (the two men who are usually there) we have never caught their names but they are always welcoming and talkative. Coffee food is always amazing but the customer service here is the best!

Even though it was a busy Saturday, the three-person team were doing well and it didn't take long to reach the counter. The silver-haired man who served me was friendly and definitely a true gentleman. Ordered an iced cappuccino which was made promptly, meaning I could sit down without fuss. Managed to find a table, even though it was really busy, but this Café Nero could benefit from an extension, as it feels a little cramped at times. Iced cappuccino tasted great.

Absolutely love this shop. Staff are always smiling attentive and the store is always extremely clean. The coffee tastes amazing and the food is always fresh and displayed beautifully. Well done and keep up the great work .

Been a regular here for years. Great coffee, very friendly staff. However, it's disappointing that the batistas are no longer wearing masks.
