Shivers - Swan River

Just about any flavour you could ask for, in cones, sundaes, and specialty desserts! Great value even for a family with kids, the kids cones are a good size and better price.

This a great place for those ice-cream treats during the spring summer, and fall months. Shivers is open earlier in spring than it used to be and is staying open longer into September now! Yahoo!The kids love it! I have not had any thing other than ice-cream treats here so I am not sure what else they sell like nachos, or that kind of stuff.This is a great location on the main drag and if you are visiting here in summer great place. It gives DQ a some competition for summer always a good thing right!Depending on when you come you can have a bit of the wait if the soccer teams, baseball teams, or school kids are lined up for treats, but mostly you get served at a pretty decent time frame.They have lots of different kinds of ice-cream soft serve in vanilla, chocolate, and swirl and lots of hard ice-creams like pistachio, cherry cheese cake, boo boo bubble gum, cotton candy to name a few. They have lots of different kinds of treats to choose from as well such as twisters, sundaes, banana splits, slushi and more!All in all pretty neat seasonal local business. Most of those who serve you are students with a summer job. But is always a pleasure to see Mr. Shivers there once in a while when we go there. :)Have a great summer looking forward to having Shivers open again this spring 2016!

Jessiahs salty, she dishes me icecream one time and it tasted like pure salt. She seems like a hard worker but she's quite a bit salty

Great food with a nice home-cooked feeling I like that there's a different menu item on special every day.

Today the food was great. Flavors were on point and quality was there. Glad to see the last time we went was not the new norm.
