Bertucci's Italian - Swampscott

This is my usual place to dine on Saturday night and it is conveniently located

As a regular Saturday night diner I have found that the menu is still limited without any veal dishes that most Italian restaurants have. Also wish the menu was more exciting.

I AM A REPEAT CUSTOMER AT THE SWAMPSCOTT LOCATION AND MUST COMPLAIN THAT FOR AN ITALIAN RESTAURANT YOU CERTAINLY DO NOT OFFER ANY VEAL DISHES PLUS WHEN SOMEONE MAKES A CHANGE TO WHAT IS ON THE MENU YOU CHARGE EXTRA. I PERSONALLY LIKE THE MEAT/BOLOGNESE SAUCE WITH AN EXPRA PIECE OF CHICKEN(CHICKEN PARMIGIANA WITHOUT ANY CHESE). BARRY FOLLICK

I was excited to try the new menu but I was disappointed by my experience. The bread was old and stale, the server was practically throwing things on our table and the food was mediocre but not as good as its been marketed as. The people next to us sent their food back and even spoke with the chef, so our table wasn't the only one who was disappointed.

This is my usual Saturday night out to dinner and unfortunately the menu is getting boring. There is no true Italian dining out choice as there is no veal on the menu.
