PARKING FINE ISSUED FOR USING THIS PLACE. I contacted Costa regarding a parking fine I received and not had a single response- very poor service and will not be using again.

Discussed to have received a fine .. clearly the signs are not obvious or I wouldn’t have stayed more than 2 hours. An expensive coffe and cake! Will never use Costa again

I visited in November 2021 with a friend. Ordered food drinks in Costa and stayed for 2.5 hours. Month later and I’ve just received a parking fine through for staying over the allotted time. Apparently there’s a time limit???! Just wanted others to be aware of this before visiting so you don’t all get stung with the same ridiculous charge!!

I went to the Costa in Princess Retail Park to meet a friend for a coffee! 2 weeks later my friend and I received a parking fine as there is a time limit as I wasn’t aware of! Costa doesn’t want to help and I have appealed and provided evidence I was at Costa the parking company rejected the appeal! Will not be visiting again and want to warm all others!
