Kjøkkenet - Svolvaer

Very chic restaurant, which seems to be heavily booked. fortunately we have a table even without reservation, another group was sent away (although the restaurant was empty, except for us, reservations are estimated). eating (vegetarian option) was delicious. the salad had a very tasty dressing and the wobbles made it very fresh and juicy. also the tomato stuffed with spinach cheese were delicious. the salted caramel dessert is highly recommended and is one of my favorite desserts in lofoten.

Service so friendly and world class. eat impeccable. the atmosphere was dared.

I rarely write cripples, but this time it's a must. the food was excellent: hvalcarpaccio as appetizers, salmon and healed for main course, and salty caramel for dessert. the service was a cherry on the top, very nice. in consideration of the price level of alcohol in norway, we took a bottle house white wine, which was ok price, and very good with the curses. full 5 stars, highly recommended. but make sure they make a reservation. or, ready to dinate when the restaurant opens (1600h when we visit), then there are places without reservation.

Enjoyed the overall atmosphere but thought the food was lacking a bit for the hefty price- especially comparable to some of the other places in lofoten I had been to. Pleasant overall though otherwise and enjoyed the house wine. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
