Wendy's - Suwanee

The food was not great. The fries were cold and the cheeseburgers were a mess. It seems like the quality of the restaurant is declining quickly.

Pulling up to the drive thru, I immediately felt rushed to order. I didn't get a receipt. I asked for 2 combos and when getting the drinks I realized I was charged for large combos but didn't ask for large. The fries for the large that I didn't ask for fit into the container for my son's kids meal. Both the lemonade and the dr. Pepper tasted like flavored water. The chili for my taco salad was flavorless and watery. The tortilla chips expired on Aug 4 when I ordered on Aug 18. My son's nuggets tasted like biting into old oil. Everything about this visit from the moment we pulled up was absolutely horrible. A COMPLETE WASTE of money. I was told never to eat here and now I know why. We won't ever go back.

Cashier that handles dirty put her fingers inside cups to give them to you. Needs to be trained to handle cups from the outside not the inside. 7.30.23Fast, friendly accurate. The booths need to be recovered.The salads have gotten worse. The chicken is now cold and hard.

The chili is basically just a thin soup with no other ingredients except for a handful of beans.

I had a fantastic time at Wendy's! The staff was friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived. The food was not only tasty but also served promptly and hot. I especially enjoyed the fresh beef patties, which brought a great flavor to my burger. The fries were crispy and delicious, and the Frosty was the perfect sweet ending to my meal. Wendy's dedication to quality and flavor makes it a great choice for fast food. I will definitely be coming back for more delicious meals!
