Schlotzsky's - Suwanee

We always love Schlotsky's but this experience was extra delightful because the customer service was amazing and a breath of fresh air. The manager/owner (we believe) was very attentive and personable.

I absolutely love Schlotskys sandwiches! The bread is always fresh and the meats are always the best. Only downside to it is the price, you will pay nearly $15 for a meal. It's good but that's pretty steep especially in these times other than that it's a go to for a good sandwich!

What I appreciate most about this Schlotzsky's is the reliably well-prepared dishes, the cheerful attitude of the staff, the quality of the food, and the bright, open dining area. We're particularly fond of the Pick 2 option, which allows us to choose two items from the main menu to receive a half-serving of each. This is a clever way to sample a variety of soups, half sandwiches, side salads, and more without committing to a full serving. We’ve been able to identify our favorites, but we still enjoy the Pick 2 option to indulge in two favorites at once! There’s a good selection of deli-style foods, including soups, salads, pizzas, sandwiches, flatbreads, wraps, and desserts! Their cookies make for a great afternoon snack, and the Cinnabons are a delightful treat any time, especially in the late afternoon or evening with friends. We’ve even saved some Cinnabons for breakfast the next morning! The medium-sized sandwiches are substantial enough for most appetites, while those with smaller appetites can opt for the small sandwich, which may still be ample but could be too little for heartier eaters. The salads are quite generous in size; sometimes I finish a whole salad, and other times I take half home for dinner. I do the same with a medium sandwich. We also appreciate the variety of chip flavors, which are uniquely made by Schlotzsky's. The chips are thin and crispy with delicious flavors like sour cream and onion, barbeque, cracked pepper, and jalapeño. Overall, we really enjoy the food, the location, and the friendly staff! This Schlotzsky's is conveniently situated right off the I-85 exit heading toward Lawrenceville. Note that the divided roadway requires a U-turn on Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road to access the restaurant. If you're coming off I-85, be ready to move to the center of the road to make that U-turn at the next traffic light. If you're a bit hesitant about making the U-turn, you can turn left onto Horizon Drive, then take the first left onto Old Peachtree Road, and follow the road to the left near the Comfort Inn to reach the Schlotzsky's parking lot from the back.

I absolutely loved it! The sandwiches and salads are amazing. They are a bit on the pricey side, but definitely worth it! I will definitely be dining there again.

I am very pleased with my lunch at this restaurant. The establishment is clean and operates efficiently. I did notice that the flavor of the pizza sauce has changed since my last visit to a Schlotzsky’s a few years ago.
