Mcdonald's - Suwanee

Don't do fast food often, but this location's food was one of the freshest and tastiest we've experienced.

Good grief. How hard is it to screw up an order for a black coffee. All you have to do is get a cup fill it full of coffee put a lid on it and hand it to me. You would think that that?s a pretty basic and simple task. I pull up to the drive-through. I placed my order for large coffee, black. I pull around I pay you hand me the coffee now multiple times I?ve gotten my coffee which is served at the temperature of Hades and so it has to sit for at least a good 15 to 20 minutes before it?s even somewhat tolerable temperature wise. Then anticipating that wonderful sip. What do I taste sugar now why would there be sugar in a large black coffee. Apparently the concept of black coffee is foreign to the store he would think they would have training that black coffee means coffee only no sugar nope.

I placed an order for curbside pickup, waited for a long time and no one deliver the order. I walked into the store and want to double-check my order and saw a lady came out to deliver an order. I try to ask her about my order, suddenly there is a staff stand behind me and try to start a fight??? This is how you've been trained? fight with customer without asking anything?

Waited 45 minutes in line, 20 minutes at the box. Got there well before 11. Someone asked if I used the app, I said no, and that was the end of it. I have had many issues with this location before, rude employees and wrong orders. I try and have empathy for fast food workers because I?ve worked in fast food before and I know it sucks, but the shift lead or manager should be ashamed of themselves for how they run this restaurant.

It's McDonalds... so don't expect much. The service was okay. My sister and I ordered nuggets and fries. They handed us a bag with only nuggets so we told the woman at the window that we didn't get our fries. She immediately seemed annoyed and told us we didn't order fries. Sure enough on our receipt it showed that whoever took the order accidentally forgot to put fries on the order. Both my sister and i know for a fact we told them we wanted fries. I understand people have bad days but in the future I'd hope the workers at this location would be a bit more friendly and less defensive about one order of fries... the one they forgot to put on the order... and then tried to argue about with us... Other than that the food was okay. I'll probably avoid this McDonald's, there are others in the area that are way friendlier.
