Smoothies are now icy with ice chunks. Cups and lids are a step down in quality. Ding Tea takeover just ruined my favorite local boba shop.

Today, I visited a restaurant to order milk tea. I attempted to use a $20 gift card specific to this location, but Kevin, the employee at the counter, informed me that they do not accept gift cards at this store. He also mentioned that the manager had removed the machine used to swipe gift cards. Additionally, Kevin criticized the manager and mentioned issues with the plumbing in the bathroom. Overall, I found the experience unsatisfactory and preferred Planet Smoothie at Suwanee Town Center as a better option for my visit.

Has the worst customer service ever. Their workers are horrible. A worker there treated my mom badly and I can’t understand why Gongcha would hire workers like them. The drinks are good but I would never go there again. Please stop hiring teen workers that are rude and unprofessional.

Nice location. Very helpful service. Varied drinks. I love Olong milk tea with crystal boba 50pct sugar. Will come back !

I had a wonderful experience enjoying a glass of lychee milk tea today. The tea was incredible, with just the right amount of sweetness, and the boba was delicious with a fantastic flavor. I particularly enjoyed the crystal boba in the milk tea. I will definitely be coming back here frequently!
