Dunkin' - Suwanee

To my surprise, a co-worker grabbed the bag out of my hand and started tossing the food onto the counter. At this point, three or four employees gathered at the register to handle my return. After waiting approximately three minutes in the drive-thru line, they instructed me to park and come inside while they waited for the manager to complete the return. When I entered, the manager processed the return and switched the receipt at the counter. He then asked if I needed anything else. Noticing his demeanor, I questioned why he seemed to have an attitude. I was baffled by the apparent frustration of the staff. Overall, their behavior was quite disappointing—from the employee who snatched the bag from my hand to the manager who carelessly handled the return. This is not how customers should be treated!

I recently visited this location and ordered an iced coffee with caramel. The staff were extremely friendly, but they didn’t seem to hear my order over the intercom, even though I repeated it twice. I'm really disappointed that I had such a hard time enjoying my drink.

Owner I assume gave me attitude about “always” speaking too fast into the intercom and then tried to play it off as a joke. SUPER rude, won’t be coming back.

Terrible location. They always overcharge and on top of that the last time I went I ordered an egg cheese bagel with NO bacon. They gave it to me with bacon so I politely stated that I asked for no bacon and if they could re make it.They assured me it would be re made but from their terrible attitude I knew they wouldn't. My suspicions were correct when I was given the bagel back with bits of bacon still in the bagel and the smell of the bacon.If I just wanted the bacon removed, I can do that myself. Needless to say, I threw the bagel away and will not be coming back.

My wife and I love our Dunkin donuts in the a.m. can not remember a time when there was a problem at all participating dunkin donuts. If they didn't download the DD app, I would suggest that. it offers fantastic offers and discounts, not to mention fast and efficient payment method.
