Burger King - Suwanee

The staff at this restaurant are extremely rude. The card machine was not working properly, so they did not process my payment and showed no remorse or attempt to rectify the issue. My order was small (two fries and 8 chicken nuggets) and was not held for more than 10 minutes. Burger King used to be a convenient place to grab a quick bite to eat, but it has become a slow and inefficient establishment. The employees were visibly displeased when I asked for their names. If they cannot handle the job properly, why are they working there? It seems they would rather avoid confrontation than provide good service.

I think my dog is smarter than I have most days and good, that is probably true, but he won't eat anything with a golden bow on it and wendy better immerse the back in her trust fund, she won't get my money cuz she accustomed for three times too much exaggerated price. Therefore I go to burger king, the dog likes it that he can't wait to get through the drive thru, then I like it cuz it is real flesh that I think depends on whether bill gates has one stop or not. Of course, if they are a draco reptilian, they do not eat salat meat, so he does care right.

This was the worst Burger King experience I've ever had by far. The person taking my order seemed overwhelmed and had difficulty understanding my request. There was no welcome or reception when I arrived, making me uncertain about my order. I paid $37 for a Whopper with cheese meal, Stacker King meal, Whopper Jr with cheese meal, a Hepper Jr sandwich, and 2 cookies. However, what I received was incorrect - the cheese was missing and the meat was cold. The Stacker meal had cold meat between two buns, and everything was colder than my drink. I did not receive the cookies I ordered, nor did I get a Junior Whopper with cheese. Instead of the Hepper Jr sandwich, I received a crispy chicken sandwich. The poor quality of food and lack of attention to detail has made me decide not to return to this location, now for the second time in weeks. I recommend going to the other Burger King on the main road, as they have better quality.

This place needs training for employees. I ordered thru drive in. I ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 of 8pcs jalapeno bites a large onion ring. No receipt was offered nor provided. One of jalapeno bite was missing when I received my bag so I had to walk in. It took a little while for her to find my order since no receipt was provided. No apology nor explanation at all. She just put a missing item in my bag. Later one of my sandwich was a wrong one when I opened my beg at home. I ordered a double whopper but they gave me a single. I checked the price online since no receipt and they charged me for a double. No wonder the BK is going down in market. I hate to see it as an old whopper fan but no BK from now.

This is a very nice and clean Burger King. They were mopping the floor when I was there. It is nice to see this place kept clean.
