I ordered a personalized cake and couldn't be happier! The ordering process was so easy, and picking it up from the website was a breeze.

I had a lovely afternoon here today. Although it was very busy, the staff was excellent. The gentleman serving us remained calm despite the long queue and ensured that no customer was overlooked. The lady who checked our order to make sure everything was correct was incredibly polite—it was almost unbelievable. I had a fantastic experience. When it comes to food and drinks, you can't go wrong. There’s a wide selection of sandwiches and cakes for afternoon tea. I’ve been to other Patisserie Valerie locations, and they consistently deliver a great experience as well.

We visited the Terrace at Series Valerie after receiving a gift voucher. The afternoon was lovely, and there was plenty for two people to enjoy. The inclusion of free drink refills was a nice touch! Our waitress was pleasant and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. However, I have to deduct one star because the cleanliness of the place wasn't up to par with what I would expect from a supermarket café. The table felt a bit sticky, and the menus on the table were rather dirty.

Had bought a voucher for christfor a afternoon tee and I went with my sister. it was beautiful. beautiful handmade pastries, wonderful finger sandwiches and selection at jams. I had the best time. the personal was beautiful. many thanks to valerie. I will recommend
