Mcdonald's - Sutton

Ordered two egg and cheese biscuits and they shrank in size , usual big business giving less food but increasing prices not happy

Stopped to get a coffee 7:35 AM. At 7:54, I finally got the coffee. Might have been busy but 20 min to get a coffee.

The cash register worker had no idea of prices or of any food bundle as other McDonald's.This is an expensive McDonald's lacking decent pricing as other McDonald's locations. The store fails to have any decent app. specials.This McDonald's is very high priced by company standards, other locations.The convenience stores and fast food shops nearby all feature better, more food options at better prices than at this McDonald's location.?

Typical food quality for the franchise. The service however is what makes it stand out among all the others in the lane. Smiling faces and upbeat, positive attitudes from the helpful and accommodating staff lands this restaurant 's ranking above all of their competitors. They out star all the rest as far as service goes for sure!!

The food hasn’t been very fresh lately but my biggest complaint is that the last two times I’ve been there I’ve found a long black hair in my food. Once in a Big Mac and the other was in a fish sandwich.
