Empress Of India - Sutton

I ordered delivery from this restaurant and waited for an hour and a half. When I called to inquire about the delay, I was told it would be another 10-15 minutes. I expressed my concern about potential further delays, but was met with rudeness and told to cancel my order. The customer service was very poor, and as a result, I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the waitstaff was very friendly. I would highly recommend dining here. 10 out of 10!

The empress of India is one of our all time, old favourite restaurants. Although we’ve tried a few others in the area we tend to come back to empress much more.

We recently hosted an 18th birthday celebration for a party of 16 people at this restaurant. The food was outstanding and the pricing was very reasonable. The service was prompt and welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We used to visit Empress of India frequently and then we moved out of the area. Recently we visited some friends and family from the area and we thought to go eat there to see how it’s doing. I’m glad to see it’s still one of the best in the area ,it’s been a family-fun restaurant and I was happy to see the same chef there. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, it brought back memories and we would recommend it to anyone.
