Bronco's - Sutton

I visited this restaurant for the first time and I absolutely loved it. The service was excellent, and despite our large group of 16 for a family meal, we never felt rushed. The food was plentiful and delicious. I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

I went with my family to celebrate birthdays at this restaurant. There were 16 of us, including 6 children. We chose Broncos for the ribs and soft play area for the kids. The waiters were very attentive and polite, and the children had a great time in the soft play area. Unfortunately, there is a rule that children over 130cm are not allowed in the play area, which we were informed about beforehand. One of the children was upset that they couldn't go in while others their size were allowed. The food looked great and the portion sizes were good. People enjoyed the burgers, pizza, milkshakes, and ice cream choices. However, the ribs we were looking forward to were chewy and the sweet bbq sauce was too thick. It seemed like the ribs had been reheated in the microwave. When I mentioned this to the waiter, they apologized. The half rack of ribs was also smaller than expected. Because of the ribs and soft play rules, we won't be returning for another large family meal.

This was our second visit to Bronchos in two weeks and it did not disappoint. The first time we were served by Gem, who was a fantastic host. She was knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal that first visit. For our second visit, we planned to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary with our son and were once again served by Gem, who remembered us. She was attentive and engaging, even remembering my preference for shrimp. I tried a strawberry Daiquiri, which was a perfect blend and had to have another after finishing the first. My son and I had delicious and filling pizzas, while my husband had a burger that he had to take home because he was too full after the starter and hot fries. We ended the evening with scoops of ice cream. The staff, including Gem, made our visit enjoyable and it was clear they all take pride in caring for their customers. We will definitely be back soon.

Attended a birthday party for a child. Plenty to keep the kids entertained and also nice music for adults and kids alike. Service was slow, although staff were friendly. The food I would say was average at best.

We booked a small family group in advance as they had a tribute George Michael singer for the evening (who was great by the way! . All the waiting staff seem to share tables amongst them, so we were served by a few of them and all were very polite, friendly and attentive during the evening. The food is what you would expect for this sort of restaurant it was all served hot, mostly as expected from the menu descriptions and none of us had any real complaints. I'm vegetarian so very happy to see a number of veggie options available. They seem to have a wide array of ice creams and sorbets and the two I tried were very pleasant. It seems like the sort of location that is family friendly into the early evening, and probably suits casual visits and big groups in the later evening.
