Taco Bell - Sutherlin

Ordered a 12 pack of Cinnabons. I paid for it and as I was leaving the drive thru I took a bite of one and it was completely frozen hard in the middle. I went back through and let them know and the manager that was working night shift said that they come out cold they have to sit in the heat case for 30 minutes. He then said he would deep fry it and grabs my bag of Cinnabons. They gave me back the bag and they're still cold and clearly microwaved. No more fast food for me.

Cannot get someone to take your order inside, ridiculous, will not return! Apparently you have to order online so they can screw up your order even more, very disappointed!

Taco bell sucks, you would think that paying restaurant prices it wouldn't be slop

Visited here 2/20/2024. Waited to use the bathroom as someone inside was, by sound and smell, obviously going number two. Heard the man finish his business and immediately proceed to exit the bathroom WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS! This man was an employee!

My food is right 90% of the time, which is good for a Taco Bell ? ?.The staff are always friendly and don't seem to hate their jobs, which is niceVegetarian options: Plenty of things can be made without meat.
