Frank's Pizza - Sussex

I always loved their stuffed pizza. I've moved away and don't get there much. I was in the area and got a stuffed pie and it's still great

The pizza I purchased tasted amazing. I had the marsala pizza, plain extra cheese, and penne pizza. While I wouldn't hesitate to try anything on their menu based on the great tasting pizza, the marsala pizza os a must try.

I called and ordered and said lunch menu chicken franc and chicken parm at 1 pm she rings me up for a dinner 44 dollars. She tells me I should have said lunch and I told her I said lunch my husband said just pAy why it was 4; when it says 18.75 rip off the garlic bread was stale and the chicken parm cutlets were on top of each. Other nobody did anything about it. Bad customer service we belong to a condominium up there which holds 986 sites and I will b sure to tell them how u rip people off charging for dinner when it’s lunch time

Pizza is great, issue is (second time), their open till 9pm. Both times there the staff was putting chairs on top of tables, and sweeping by 815. It makes people eating in, feel uncomfortable and rushed. Then to see how much pizza gets stacked ontop of another to be thrown out by 830pm seems wrong.

Hire people that can get the orders correct or change the menu to make it dummy proof. It's not only me because as i was waiting, i heard the guy giving a lady credit for another botched order. it keeps happening, so i'm just going to take the extra 10 minute drive to pizza station.
