Contribuiți la feedbackWe ordered Chicken Pide from here, this was my first pide in Life and I really liked the dish. I really enjoyed this delicacy. They were fast to serve this, only took the cooking time to wait. It was real yum and the staff was so good !
I visited last week and tried the potato pide and spinach/cheese gozleme. While they may not be the absolute best versions of these dishes I've ever had, they were still delicious. The no-frills dining area provides a perfect spot to watch the hustle and bustle of Cleveland St. Both dishes were generously sized and served on wooden boards with lemon wedges and a scoop of dip, all for a reasonable price of $13-$14. I personally prefer simple and satisfying meals like this over hyped-up and disappointing new dishes.
Consistently great for years, this restaurant offers a diverse selection of Turkish cuisine. The pide is perfectly balanced in terms of oiliness and bursting with flavor. While primarily focused on takeout, there is also a decent sized dining space available. The restaurant's longevity is evident in the large crowds that flock here on weekend evenings.
The food, service, delivery time, and quality at this restaurant are truly outstanding. Golden Pide is consistently efficient, and the food always arrives hot and in perfect condition. I am always a satisfied customer.
I'm always looking for a good Turkish place to pide when I visit sydney, and this corner takes the walk from the city worth. I had a spinat egg pide that was delicious and cheap. although mostly a farewell, they have some tables and chairs in a next room where I could sit. the only suggestion I would make is that they could add hot drinks that I love a apple tea with my pide.
