Veneto's Cakes Pastries - Surrey

I wanted a cheesecake for birthday and couldn't find any bakery or cake shop close to making cheesecake. they called these types and looked out on their website and found out they were doing them. many places also required a weekly job only for a simple cake with a gruß on it. these young only needed two days before the tor and the cake was bussin. 10/10, got the celestial cake and it was really good. would recommend it and order from here again.

The restaurant is very well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They offer excellent cakes for every occasion, beautifully decorated. My personal experience with them was fantastic. The cakes are incredibly soft, and I absolutely love their presentation. Their chocolate chip cookies are also amazing. It's definitely the best place for custom cakes!

I had ordered a birthday cake for picking up at 5, was a little late for a celebration and had left my phone at home. When I called her that I was on the way, she told me they sold the cake. 1. it was a gluten-free cake 2. it was a cake with a name written on it. I find it so hard to believe that they sold a gluten-free birthday cake in 1 hour and not just thrown away. instead of understanding that it was a birthday cake for which we were excited, she was incredibly discouraging. customer service skills are terrible. really disappointed

I ordered a cake for 40 ppl this past weekend, my order was a diplomat cake with the substitution of Chantilly cream and I repeated several times that I didn't want any Bavarian cream in the cake. They assured me it could be done, which I knew because we have ordered cakes before and when they get it correct it is amazing. When it came time to cut the cake I realized my order was done incorrectly. I called to let them know of their mistake and was met with a rude and argumentative manager. She argued with me that she personally made the cake and knows she made it correct. When I offered to take her the left over cake I had, so she can see it wasn't correct, she quickly said no and said she wasn't gonna go back and forth with me even though she knew she was right so she would just give me a 15% discount. I accepted as I too was frustrated since I cut the cake and was looking at it and it was not what I had ordered. But thinking back now a discount isn't enough because I know that no one in my family will be eating the cake since we don't like Bavarian cream. I realize that now I'm out $110 and left with a ton of cake that will most likely go into the garbage. The lack of responsibility for their error is disappointing.I attached a picture of the cake, that shows the cream in the middle which is pale yellow, which is odd because had it been chantilly cream it would have been white like whip cream.

Bakery looks fab. The owner and staff are so nice and helpful. Needed cake for my parents anniversary. But was confused what to order. The owner suggested a very nice looking and delicious cake. Whole of my family like that cake and it was the talking point of whole party. Feel so good Will order from VENETOSCAKES whenever i have to.
