Staff is too slow.. we were just in there for morning breakfast. Wait in the line for 10 minutes and there are only 5 customer before us. I think in 10 minutes they only serve 2 guest. I never complain because i know some time its a busy time. But staff really slow and do not care about lineup two of them just talking.We just came out without my breakfast, was getting late for the job. We will never go to this location again.And really recommend if you are heading to job than do not go to this location you will waste your time.

The staff at this location is very friendly and welcoming. Been coming to this Tim’s since 2015 and everytime staff ensured to provide quick, smooth and superior service to their guests.Early mornings birds- Navi, Sarb, Bimla, Melani and closing staff- Jyoti, Harman, Gurdeep and Eva are on my favourite list.The store is always busy but the staff patience and pace makes this my go to location for coffee and sandwich.

Very rush customer service. I came into the store and I ordered three farmer wraps. One was on the English muffin and the two was the regular. I request for no sauce and I get the food with no sausages All of them, we eat almost half of the sandwich and I realized there is no sausage. I called to mention that and the manager told me to bring the sandwich back and they can switch it to me. What kind of rules is this? This is first second,Are you going to pay me for my way? I spent gas and I'm not closely to the store and she was very rude to me through the phone the person that I spoke with I really don't like this store at all and I won't be visit anytime soon or anytime in the future. Thank you for the customer service that you guys supposed to be work on if there were less than one star. I will put them less than that. Very rude. Very rude. Very rude

I just want to rate them in negative stars as they are superb careless (owner) bcz their coffee makers don’t work n most of the customers including me n my frnds were disappointed with their cold coffee orders.
