Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Surrey

My experience at Popeyes was very good. I came here today with my friends .Front counter girl was very kind and polite. Her name was Jasmeen as There was a wait for chicken . When the order was ready she gave us 1 piece extra. Her Excellent service was very impressive. Highly recommended it's like no where else.

Food is good. Cleanliness not on point. I walked in there waiting in line and the floor seemed to have a drink spilled but instead of thoroughly mopping it up it dried and became a sticky glue to your shoe. Not pleasant. I've also witness other times where tables weren't wiped down and or people garbage left rather than put in the trash. I think we can do better!

I came here recently near closing time and the staff still took my order even though it was a large one. The food was amazing! The chicken tenders were not dry at all they were very juicy and my burger combos were fresh and just delicious! The staff was super friendly and very helpful especially Dilber, Jasmeen, and Shannon who made sure my order was correct and perfect. They all made sure my order went smooth and made my evening! They were very polite and friendly! Amazing customer service!!!

I visited the restaurant to try the new spicy fish flounder, but unfortunately, it was a limited-time promotion and they had stopped serving it the day before. I mentioned to the shift leader, Harpreet, that I don't eat chicken and was disappointed that I couldn't try the dish. To my surprise, Harpreet went above and beyond by preparing a custom spicy fish flounder for me using three smaller pieces. I know this isn’t something they typically do, and I truly appreciated the exceptional service at this location. Highly recommended!

The fried chicken was great and the staff were very friendly. However, the onion rings I ordered were served cold. They were quick to replace them with fresh ones, which I appreciated. Still, I have to deduct a star because cold food should never be served in the first place. If I had been ordering takeout, I would have been quite disappointed.
