Migoto Sushi - Surrey

The sushi was a bit crumbly, which might be the right word! It fell apart when I tried to pick it up. While it tasted good, it could have been rolled tighter. I'm not a sushi chef, but I think rolls should hold together better. I ended up using my fingers instead of chopsticks to eat it. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly, and the food arrived quickly. For a quick lunch at the mall, it was decent, but I think I'll try a different place next time.

Great portion sizes! We ordered two combo meals and ultimately had to take some home. The sushi was delicious and tasted incredibly fresh. We discovered this spot while looking for places to eat in Guildford, and it was just perfect—ideal for anyone who wants to avoid the food court atmosphere!

The prices were fair and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. However, I found the food to be disappointing and not very fresh. I ordered the dinner combo, which consisted of a tempura roll, salmon on a California roll, and tuna on a California roll. Unfortunately, the fish I was served resulted in food poisoning, so I recommend being cautious if you decide to order any fish dishes here. The other items I tried were decent, though.

The staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean, but the sushi quality was disappointing. I don’t quite understand why some people give high ratings to a place that doesn’t serve good food.
