Mcdonald’s - Surrey

The girl took my order and i told her that i want to pay with two different cards and then she called a manager. The manager named BALJEET was very rude and unprofessional. She didn’T even greeted me and refused to take payment. She told me to pay me with cash and card option and when i told her I don’t have cash i want to pay with two cards split payment method) she said we cannot do that . After an argument she took my payment. I was already frustrated with the service she provided and when I reached home I opened my food and my cheeseburger no meat had meat in it. I clearly mentioned that i want it without meat and even on the grill receipt it says cheeseburger no meat and it has meat in it. This is not the first time they have done this to my order i would have rated them 0’star if there was any option to do that.

During my stay at McDonald's there was always a person in charge of cleaning (floor, tables, trays) the place was impeccable, the food was delicious, the service was normal (neither good nor bad). The cleanliness is totally outstanding above many other restaurants of both the same brand and other brands.

Asked for a grilled chicken and this is what I got ???

I ordered a cheeseburger with no meat but they gave me a cheeseburger with meatVegetarian options: They don’t have any veggie options for veggie people

Lousy service. Slow ah and likely the order is messed up.Who runs this place?
